NEET UG Cut off -2025

The NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is one of the most prestigious entrance exams in India for medical aspirants. 5. Aadhar Card Xerox
6. I/D Proof (Driving License / Pan Card / Passport)
7. Statement of Marks of Ist, IInd & IIIrd Part-I & Part II MBBS
8. Internship Completion Certificate (To be taken from respective UG College)
9. Attempt Certificate (To be taken from respective UG College)
10. MBBS Degree & Passing Certificate
11. Class Xth Board Examination Mark sheet & Passing Certificate
12. Class XIIth Board Examination Mark sheet & Passing Certificate
13. Permanent / Provisional Registration Certificate from State / NMC (If the candidate does not have permanent registration, he/she will have to obtain it within one month of joining the course)
14. If the candidate does not have permanent registration of Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC), he/she will have to obtain and submit it within one month of joining the course.
15. SR Bond (As per the format on college website) – Notarised on Rs.500/- Stamp Paper

II. Documents to be submitted either at the time of Admission or within one month of admission after a duly signed undertaking from the candidate

19. Certificate from Dean/Principal stating that the college is recognized by the MCI / NMC

21. Affidavit for Anti-Ragging by Students & Parents (online)

D. Other General Documents

22. If the candidate is employed, he/she should submit “NOC” from the employer
23. Medical Fitness Certificate (As per the format on College Website)
24. Proof of Nationality of India: Nationality/Domicile/Passport
25. Caste and Validity Certificate. (If applicable)
26. Six recent passport–size photographs. (With Name and Merit No. written on the back of each photograph)
