Introduction To Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi is an ambitious project of Jamia Hamdard and was established in 2012. It is a self-financing unaided private medical institute and is popularly known as HIMSR, New Delhi. The college is affiliated with Jamia Hamdard University (JMU) and is recognized by the National Medical Council  (NMC).
