The cut-off marks are the minimum marks prescribed by the board of selection for the admission of students in any stream. After this minimum requirement, a merit list will be designed. Here are the cut-off marks for the aspirants seeking admission to the MBBS course.

• Aspirants are required to secure minimum qualifying percentile marks in the undergraduate NEET entrance examination to take part in the further admission process.
• The cutoff is the 40th percentile for the candidates who belong to SC/ ST/ OBC category. They must score these marks for the further counseling process.
• For the general category, the marks percentile is 50th for the aspirants to take part in the admission process for the MBBS stream.

Admission Eligibility and Procedure for MBBS Course

Aspirants who want to take admitted to SGRRMC, Dehradun must follow the following eligibility criteria:

• The candidate seeking admission to MBBS must be of 17 years or above as of 31st December of the year of MBBS enrollment.
• The candidate must have passed the 10+2 standard in the science stream with Biology (or biotechnology) along with Physics and Chemistry as their main subjects.
• Students must secure an aggregate minimum of 50% marks in the 12th standard. This criterion of minimum marks is 40% in the case of SC/ST and 45% for other backward classes.

Uttrakhand NEET Counselling Process

• Before starting the counselling process for taking admission to the MBBS stream, the registered candidates must register online and then fill in the college preferences and courses.
• For filling in the choices, applicants must log in using their online ID and password at the college portal.
• Students must press the 'Submit the option' button after filling in the required information.
• Only the students in the created merit list can appear for the offline seat allotment process.
• Then the document verification is done after the seat allotment.
• Then, after the seat allotment and document verification, one-to-one counselling will be conducted for applicants belonging to different categories.
• The counselling achieving authority will publish the result of seat allotment for both rounds after the Uttarakhand NEET counselling.
• After Uttarakhand NEET counselling, applicants are required to verify and complete the admission process on or before the last date.

Note: 100% of seats at Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Dehradun will be filled through Uttrakhand State NEET UG counselling 2023.
