Announces Stray Vacancy Round-2 Counselling for BAMS/BHMS 2025-26 — Complete Schedule & Guidelines

Shri Krishna AYUSH University Kurukshetra has officially released the notification for Stray Vacancy Round-2 Counselling for UG AYUSH Courses (BAMS / BHMS) for the Academic Session 2025-26. This round provides one last opportunity for eligible AYUSH aspirants to secure admission in Ayurveda & Homeopathy courses across affiliated institutes. Candidates who were unable to secure a seat in earlier rounds must carefully follow the revised timeline and reporting requirements to participate successfully.

🔹 Tentative Date for Stray Vacancy Counselling

The Stray Vacancy Round-2 for UG AYUSH admissions is scheduled for 21 November 2025.

This counselling round is specifically targeted toward candidates who already registered in previous rounds but did not receive a seat / did not join / or left the allotted seat and are still willing to get admission.

🔹 Mandatory Submission for Already Registered Candidates

Candidates already registered earlier must submit the hardcopy/printout of the Online Application Form (used during previous rounds) at the University Campus if they wish to participate in the final stray round.

Last Date & Time for Submission:
21 November 2025 (upto 12:00 Noon)

🔹 Merit List Display

The merit list of already registered candidates will be declared on the same day.

Merit List Publishing Time:
21 November 2025 (at 01:30 PM)

🔹 Physical Reporting & Verification

Shortlisted candidates must appear physically before the University Admission Committee for:

✔ Document verification
✔ Fee submission

Reporting Time:
21 November 2025 (from 02:00 PM onwards)

🔹 Filling of Fresh Manual Offline Registration (If Seats Remain Vacant)

If seats are still available after exhausting the list of already registered candidates, new candidates will be allowed to apply.

📍 Offline manual registration forms will be available only at the dedicated counter in the University campus.

Submission Deadline for Fresh Candidates:
21 November 2025 (upto 12:00 Noon)

The merit list of fresh registered candidates, if applicable, will be displayed at:

21 November 2025 (02:30 PM)

🔹 Final Reporting by Allotted Candidates

The final reporting for admission at the allotted institute will be held on:

22 November 2025

Candidates must pay the complete tuition fee of the allotted college/institute in cash at the bank counter or via Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra during reporting.

Final Instructions for Candidates

• Make sure to carry all original documents along with photocopies.

• Admission will be granted strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats at each stage.

• Candidates are advised to stay present in person at the scheduled time to avoid forfeiture of opportunity.

The Stray Vacancy Round is the last opportunity of the academic year 2025-26; therefore, candidates must adhere to the schedule without fail.
