NBEMS released the FMGE December 2025 notification on 12 November 2025.
This exam is for students who have completed their MBBS from outside India and now want to work as doctors in India.

What is FMGE?

• FMGE ka full form hai Foreign Medical Graduate Examination.
   
• This exam is conducted by NBEMS.
   
• Any Indian student who has done MBBS abroad must clear this exam before starting medical practice in India.
   
• Once you pass FMGE, you can apply for registration with NMC (National Medical Commission) and then start working as a doctor in India.
   

Key Dates You Should Remember

• Information Bulletin Available: 14 November 2025 (after 3:00 PM)
   
• Online Application Starts: 14 November 2025 (from 3:00 PM)
   
• Last Date to Submit Application: 4 December 2025 (till 11:55 PM)
   
• FMGE Exam Date: 17 January 2026
   
• Result (Expected By): 17 February 2026

How Will the Exam Be Conducted?

• FMGE will be a computer-based test (CBT).
   
• The exam will be held at different test centres across India.
