Round-1 Counselling Schedule Released – Complete Details for MD/MS, Post MBBS DNB & Diploma Admissions

The Government of Rajasthan and the NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board 2025 has officially released the revised schedule for State Medical PG (MD/MS) / Post MBBS DNB / Post MBBS Diploma Allotments – Round 1. The notification, issued on 24 November 2025, provides complete details of the allotment process. Candidates aspiring to secure postgraduate medical seats in Rajasthan must follow the timeline carefully to ensure successful participation.

🔹 Application Form & Registration

The online application form, along with the mandatory payment of the registration fee, is the first required step. Both Part-1 and Part-2 of the application form must be completed fully to move forward in the counselling process.

Application Form Window:
07 November 2025 – 20 November 2025 (11:45 PM)

After submission, candidates can proceed to subsequent activities only if the registration fee has been paid successfully.

🔹 Provisional Seat Matrix, Merit List & Security Deposit

The Provisional Seat Matrix was published on 20 November 2025, followed by the Provisional Merit List (including Sr. Demonstrators list) on 22 November 2025.

For candidates seeking admission, submission of the security deposit in a single transaction is compulsory.

Security Deposit Amounts (as per seat category):

• ₹1,00,000 – Government Medical Colleges (UR/EWS/SC/ST/STA/OBC/MBC)

• ₹2,00,000 – Management Quota seats in Private Medical Colleges

• ₹5,00,000 – MD/MS course in Private Medical Colleges

Security Deposit Dates:
23 November 2025 – 25 November 2025 (5:00 PM)
(Sr. Demonstrator: till 26 November 2025 – 5:00 PM)

🔹 Choice Filling and Locking

Choice filling is one of the most crucial steps in the allotment process. Registered and eligible candidates must submit and lock their preferred colleges and courses before the deadline. The portal will auto-lock choices at the scheduled time.

Choice Filling Window:
23 November 2025 – 25 November 2025 (11:45 PM)

🔹 Seat Allotment and Reporting

The Provisional Seat Allotment List will be published on 28 November 2025. Selected candidates must print their Allotment Letter from the portal and complete the fee payment through NEFT/RTGS only.

Reporting & Document Submission:
Candidates must appear physically at the allotted college desk at Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, along with all required documents, original and photocopies.

Reporting Dates:
29 November 2025 – 03 December 2025 (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

🔹 Commencement of Academic Session

The academic session begins on 22 December 2025. Further counselling processes will be announced later on the official website.
